Here you are so much given
So much received
How can this be?
Outside in the dark night
Loud trampling and stampling
Deer four-legged running by
Opening curtain looking out
No one is there
So my eyes say
But my body and ears!
They heard you come by
Running with the deer
Feeling each foot fall
Truly there
Coming by
Arise the dawn
Morning sun fair
The small twinkling ones
Light between brighter lights
Spaces between spaces
Dancing in weaving about
Faster than my human eyes follow
Yet they know
Is this the fate
Of this deer one?
We sing greetings to the morning light
We praise this one lying in the bed
Bright eyes
Humour tight to chest
Hands green
Pen upright
Hands held
Again I hear deer running in this dawn light
Herd as one
We were listening and watching and sounds of drumming …the wild and beauty. And their hooves on the flint stones and mud and sand…
Sending prayers
Sending blessings
Sending hands holding
Oh you bright ones- praise one another -
Beauty and fierceness for life
In service
Don’t hold back!!
Tears and prayers
Songs
Coming and tapping at my window
Hello!
Come in! Welcome!
The way is clear.
